HOW TO DRY USE Apply for powder cosmetic like makeup palette, Loose finishing powder, pressed powder etc. (A) Use one part of the cosmetic sponge to get a small amount of dry powder. (B) Gently tap the application area. (C) Repeat last two steps if needed.
